LORCH is an organization formed by a professional community of residential care and assisted living home owners. As the Lubbock Chapter of the Texas Organization of Residential Care Homes, we are dedicated to promoting and implementing the highest quality service and care to the residents of our facilities throughout Lubbock and the surrounding areas.

LORCH homes are locally owned and operated and are able to provide consistency in the quality of care given for each resident.

LORCH believes in working together as a community referral source for placement of residents who need total care, but do not want to go to a nursing home. We can provide 24

hour care for a fraction of the costs of nursing homes. We are a great alternative to the nursing home environment and provide a much smaller atmosphere for our residents.

LORCH homes are private pay and our licensed homes accept long term care insurance and VA benefits for payment.

The residents admitted to our homes can still qualify for Home Health Care and Hospice Service just as if the were in their own home. This includes service of a registered nurse, a bath aide, or physical therapy with doctor’s orders. This allows the resident to stay at our homes for the rest of their lives. When the end of life approaches, we can get additional services for our residents from local hospice agencies.
